What does Nadi Shodhana mean?

Nadi Shodhan is an ancient yogic breathing technique also known as alternate nostril breathing.
Nadis are subtle energy channels that exist in our celestial body (energetic body).
Shodhana means purification.
This ancient breathing technique is an energetic purification process also known to help lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety & stress.

Inspired by a friend who needed a certain vibe to help switch off & maintain a breathing routine twice a day.
